The Battle You Must Fight

Over and again, the battle to earnestly serve God is with your flesh. Your spirit is willing, however the flesh is where the weakness lies!

You want to wait on God, you want to spend time in prayer, you want to study scriptures. Nobody is holding you but, your flesh is continuously wanting something else!

For this reason you should insist, take charge of those longings, don't allow them to overpower you. We should bring our bodies into subjection! The flesh needs to bite the dust everyday for us to satisfy God constantly.

You want to remain pure, you want to fast, you desire to pray, you believe should do various things for God, have you asked why the battle? It's the flesh. Reluctant to submit to God.

To this end, you can't remain undefiled or serve God without the assistance of the Holy Spirit. You need Him to assist with reviving you. However, that help comes when there is an accompanying effort from you.

If it seems like you can't fast, FAST!

If it seems like you can't supplicate, PRAY!

You can't feel the presence while praying,

Keep going!

If it seems like you can't remain undefiled until marriage, DECIDE TO!

Paul the apostle knew this, he understood that he ought to die daily, he should keep on beholding, he should not expose himself to what satisfies his flesh, and this ought to be everyone's approach.

It's a fight, that you must engage!

It's a battle, you must survive! You are in good company, so go to God for help.

You have been fasting for quite a long time however a few times, there's a lot of battle to wait on God. That is the point at which the thought of delicious beans comes. Kai!

As I address you, I'm addressing myself too. We should subject ourselves to what pleases the spirit! We should! God can't be satisfied with works of the flesh. "So then, the people who are in the flesh can't please God" (Romans 8:8)

As a single Christian, the cravings and desires for sex will come yet I crucify the flesh daily! The battle to be seen, drop standard and live outside God however, I die day to day! The refusal to pray and fast yet I die everyday! The dying of the flesh will bring you to the spot of fellowship and restoration.

On the off chance that you just read this, drop your phones. Go to God kneeling down and proclaim your dying to the flesh, tell Him to come take His place🙇
